FAQ
Where do I pick up my groceries?
You can pull up to our store’s loading zone on Wilder Street at your scheduled time and we will bring your groceries to your car (or we’ll hand them to you if you’re walking). You do not need to enter the store. (On a map, this zone is immediately adjacent to 53 Wilder St.) NOTE: If you ordered beer, wine, liquor or hard kombucha, an ID is required upon pick-up.
Can I get my groceries delivered?
Yes! Local delivery is available every weekday. See our online shopping site for more information.
Can I get my senior discount?
Unfortunately we can't apply in-store discounts online. On the other hand, we are not charging for the online and curbside service at this time, which many stores are doing because of the extra labor costs involved.

If you are new to online ordering from Canyon Market, start here.
Step 1: Add items to your cart
You can browse through our various sub departments, listed across the top of the page, or search for specific items (try shorter search terms like “mac” instead of “macaroni and cheese” since item names are often truncated to save space). You can click on an item’s name to see more information or “Add to Cart” to add the item to your virtual cart.
After you click “Add to Cart,” you can adjust the quantity you want to purchase using the “+” and “-” buttons where you just clicked or by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of your screen any time.
Step 2: Proceed to checkout
Once you have added everything you want to your cart, you can click the shopping cart item at the top of your screen and then the big, orange “Order Now” button on the right side of the page.
You will first be prompted for
your name and contact information, which we will use in case there is a problem with your order such as an out-of-stock item.
a pickup time. Your pickup time may be up to a week from now and no less than 7 hours from now and lasts for 30 minutes. You must pick up your order in that 30 minute period. Pickup is only available from 10 AM to 7PM, Monday through Friday. You can’t pick up your order on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.
Step 3: Pick up your order
Pull up to the Wilder Street loading area of our store and a staff member will bring your groceries to you. You must arrive within the pickup time that you selected on the day that you selected. If you ordered any alcoholic beverages, you will need to provide a signature upon receipt of the physical order.
